In consideration of the opportunity and privilege extended by Glen Cove Swim Club, Inc., (the Club) to the undersigned and his or her family members to join the Club, and the acceptance by the Club of them as members, the undersigned, individually and on behalf of each member of his or her family and guest, agrees that the Club, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and other Club members shall not be liable or responsible for, and shall be saved and held harmless by the undersigned and each family member and guest, from and against any and all claims, and damages of every kind, for injuries or death of the undersigned, family members and guest, and for damage to or loss of property arising out of or attributed directly or indirectly to the operation of the Club, the performance or non-performance of services to the Club by its officers, directors, employees, agents, and other Club members, and from the use of the Club’s swimming pool and other facilities by the undersigned, individually and on behalf of each of his or her family members and guest, assumes all risks of injury, loss of life and property damage arising out of the use of the Club’s swimming pool and other facilities by the undersigned, his or her family members and guest.
