If you are interested in having your party at Glen Cove, please email us at gcscpartyrentals@outlook.com with the requested date, times, and expected guests (swimmers/non-swimmers/chaperones). Our social chair will respond with availability and instructions on how to register/pay online. What are the fees? When do I need to pay? Glen Cove offers ‘During Pool Hours’ parties and ‘Private’ parties. All parties must be paid in full at time of registration to guarantee reservation.
All parties are 2 hours long, if you would like more time for your party the rate will increase based on how many guards are required ($15/hour, per guard). What if I need to cancel due to weather? We understand that sometimes Texas weather can be unpredictable and will be happy to reschedule if you choose. Therefore, if you choose to cancel we will gladly refund you ½ of what you have paid.
