Planning a birthday party or hosting a large group? Glen Cove Swim Club is the perfect place for a celebration! Glen Cove offers reservation of the covered pavilion and picnic tables for two hours and up to 75 guests during pool hours to all active Glen Gove Swim Club members.

How long is a party?

All parties are two (2) hours long and must be held during normal business hours.

How many people can attend a party?

All parties are capped at seventy-five (75) people maximum.

How much does a party cost?

For parties up to 35 guests, it is a flat fee of $300. For parties up to 75 guests, it is a flat fee of $500.

Who can book a party?

All parties must be booked or sponsored by an active Glen Cove Swim Club member.

If you are interested in having your party at Glen Cove, please email us at events@glencoveswimdallas.com with the requested date, times, and expected guests. We will respond with availability and instructions on how to register and pay online.

When do I pay for the party?

You will pay for the party in-full at the time of registration online. All parties must be registered and paid in full 14 days prior to the requested date.

Can I reschedule a party that is already secured?

Yes, pending the requested date and time are available or there is another acceptable option. We are more than amenable to rescheduling for unexpected inclement weather.
